DEBE:
Llenar y someter la Solicitud de Readmisión a la unidad
en que interesa ser readmitido, con giro o cheque
certificado por $13.00 a nombre de la Universidad
Interamericana de Puerto Rico. Esta cuota no es
reembolsable. Si la solicitud se radica personalmente,
el pago puede hacerse en efectivo.
READMISIONES QUE REQUIEREN CONVALIDACIÓN:
Los estudiantes que estudiaron en otras
instituciones universitarias acreditadas y requieren
convalidación de cursos deberán gestionar el envío de la
transcripción oficial de créditos de la universidad de
procedencia a la Oficina de
Registraduría de la unidad donde interesa estudiar.
READMISIONES ESPECIALES: Los
estudiantes de otras universidades que no aspiran a un
grado académico en la Universidad Interamericana de
Puerto Rico deben someter permiso oficial de la
Universidad donde estudian.
ESTUDIANTES EXTRANJEROS
(No Ciudadanos,
No Residentes de Estados Unidos)
Deben presentar evidencia de suficiencia económica para
sufragar gastos de estudio y vivienda en Puerto Rico.
FECHA PARA ENTREGAR LA SOLICITUD:
La solicitud debe recibirse en la Oficina de
Registraduría con no menos de un mes de anticipación al
primer día de clases del término para el cual solicita
readmisión.
ASISTENCIA ECONÓMICA: Si interesa ayuda
económica, debe presentar la correspondiente solicitud
en la Oficina de Asistencia Económica. |
ALL APPLICANTS FOR READMISSION SHOULD:
Fill out
and submit the application for readmission to the campus
for which they are interested. Include a certified check
or money order for $13.00 payable to the Inter American
University of Puerto Rico.
This fee is non-refundable. If the application is handed
in personally, payment may be made in cash.
READMISSIONS THAT REQUIRE COURSE
CONVALIDATION:
Students
who have studied in other accredited universities and
wish to have courses convalidated, should have an
official transcript of credits sent by that university
to the Registrar’s Office of the campus where they wish
to study.
READMISSION OF SPECIAL STUDENTS:
Students from other universities who are not working
toward a degree at Inter American University of Puerto
Rico should submit an official permit from the
university in which they are studying.
FOREIGN STUDENTS WHO ARE NEITHER
CITIZENS NOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES:
Should present evidence of sufficient economic resources
to cover the cost of living and studying in Puerto Rico.
APPLICATION DEADLINES:
The
application must be received in the Registrar’s Office
not less than one month before the first day of classes
of the term for which the applicant wants to register.
FINANCIAL AID:
If you
are eligible for financial aid, you should complete the
corresponding application forms at the Financial Aid
Office.
